Order of accommodation and cancellation policy

  • The order of accommodation relates to the temporary accommodation of hotel guests.
  • The hotel can only accommodate the guest with a valid passport, identity card or another identification card.
  • The guest has to pay for accommodation and maintained services in accordance with the valid price list, you have to pay in advance. You can have a look at the price list in the reception.
  • On the basis of the ordered and confirmed accommodation, the hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest. In special cases, the hotel can offer the guest a different room which does not essentially differ from the ordered one.
  • The guest uses the room for the period that was arranged with the hotel. If the period of stay is not arranged in advance, the guest will inform the hotel of his check-out on the day of leaving till 11:00 a.m. at the latest. You have to vacate the room up to that time. When prolonging the stay till 6:00 p.m., 50% additional charge of the price of the room will be charged and longer than 6:00 p.m., 100% additional charge of the price of the room will be charged.
  • If the guest asks for prolonging of the stay, he can be given a different room if necessary.
  • The guest has a right to make use of the fixtures of the room, common premises and hotel services.
  • You are not allowed to rearrange the furniture, mend electric or other fittings. It is forbidden to use your own electric devices, except for a shaver, hairdryer or curling iron.
  • You can only receive visits in common premises. Visits are not allowed in the accommodating section.
  • The guest is obliged to switch off, stop the water taps and lock the door whenever leaving the room.
  • The guest is obliged to keep the fire prevention measures. It is forbidden to smoke in rooms or in the attic.
  • The hotel will summon emergency medical help for a sick or injured guest and provide conveyance to the hospital. Any other medical care, except for the first aid in the hotel, will be paid by the guest.
  • The hotel is responsible for all guest´s belongings which were kept in an appropriate place. The hotel is responsible for guest´s money and valuables if and only if they were put in the hotel safe.
  • Pets are allowed.
  • Silent hours are set from 10:00 p.m. till 07:00 a.m.
  • The guest is responsible for any damage of property according to the valid rules. If the room is made dirty heavily, 1000 Czech crowns will be charged.
  • The hotel is not responsible for cars and guest´s belongings in the parking place.
  • The guest is obliged to keep these rules. In case the guest breaches them, the management of the hotel reserves the right to desist from the agreement of providing the accommodation before terminating the arranged period of stay. Any guest´s representations or proposals to improve hotel services can be made to the hotel management or in the reception.
  • The guest gives back the remote control on the last day of stay.
  • Take care of your possessions in the car because the parking place is not guarded.

Cancellation policy, in case it is not arranged individually


  • Cancellation 30 and more days before the date of arrival – no fee will be charged
  • Cancellation 29 – 14 days before the date of arrival – 30% fee of the total sum will be charged
  • Cancellation 13 – 7 days before the date of arrival – 50% fee of the total sum will be charged
  • Cancellation 6 and less days before the date of arrival – 100% fee of the total sum will be charged
  • One month before the date of arrival, the advance invoice with 60% of the total sum will be sent to the customer. If the advance is not paid in 7 working days before the date of arrival, the reservation will be cancelled, but the cancellation fee will be enforced. If an action is cancelled, then the advance will become hotel property.

Ways of the payment


  • The money for accommodation is paid in advance.
  • Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club.
  • It is possible to pay by invoice, but it has to be paid before check – in. We recommend to ask for the invoice in advance so that it is really paid before check – in.
  • The last way to pay is cash, which we prefer.
